Information collected automatically
When you browse our website we, and the service providers described below, may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website and approximate location. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 4).
Your wishlist
Pieces you save to your wishlist are stored only in your own browser on your device. We do not receive your wishlist unless you choose to send it to us as part of an enquiry. Clearing your browser data will remove it.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide quotations, design advice and information about customisation.
- To process, produce, deliver and support your order, including arranging delivery and collecting payment.
- To send you news about our collections, if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, secure and improve our website, and to understand how visitors use it.
- To comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations and to resolve disputes.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit an enquiry or subscribe), or where it is necessary for a legitimate use permitted by law, such as fulfilling an order you have requested or meeting a legal obligation. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us; this will not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.
4. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep the website working properly, to remember your preferences and to measure how the website is used. We also use tools from third parties — including WordPress.com/Jetpack, Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest and email marketing providers — that may set cookies or similar technologies to provide website statistics and to help us show relevant content and advertising.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the website may not work as intended.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed for the purposes above, with:
- Service providers who host and maintain our website, send email, provide analytics and help us communicate with you;
- Production and delivery partners who make and deliver your furniture, limited to the details they need for that purpose;
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers; and
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights.
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data remains protected, and we do not transfer data to any country restricted under Indian law.
Our website links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
6. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. Enquiries we do not convert into an order are generally deleted after a reasonable period; order and payment records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting laws. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update inaccurate data;
- ask us to erase data that is no longer needed;
- withdraw any consent you have given;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity; and
- raise a grievance with us, and, if you are not satisfied with our response, with the Data Protection Board of India.
