These Terms & Conditions govern your use of arthconcept.in and any quotation or order you place with Arth Concept (“Arth”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Using our website
Our website is a catalogue for exploring our furniture and home décor and for contacting us. Products cannot be purchased directly on the website; all orders are agreed with our team following an enquiry. You agree to use the website lawfully, not to interfere with its operation or security, and not to copy or misuse its content.
3. Product information
We take care to present our pieces accurately. However, photographs and renders are for illustration; colours may appear differently on different screens, and dimensions are approximate unless confirmed in your quotation. Product information on the website does not constitute an offer to sell.
4. Enquiries and quotations
When you enquire about a piece, we will send you a quotation setting out the price, specifications, finishes, any applicable taxes and delivery charges, and the expected timeline. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Prices are confirmed only in a written quotation.
5. Placing an order
An order is confirmed when you accept our quotation by issuing a purchase order and paying the advance described in section 8, and we acknowledge it in writing. Once confirmed, we allocate materials, schedule production and begin work on your piece.
6. Customisation
Many of our designs can be adapted in size, material and finish. Bespoke specifications, drawings or finishes are agreed in writing before production begins. It is your responsibility to check the approved specifications and to confirm that the piece will fit through doorways, stairways and lifts at the delivery location.
7. Production and delivery
- Production typically takes approximately 3–4 weeks from order confirmation, and standard delivery timelines are approximately 3–6 weeks. Timelines may vary depending on availability, customisation and delivery location, and are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
- Every piece is quality-checked and carefully packed before dispatch.
- All orders are delivered on a curb-side basis only. Shipping charges, where applicable, depend on the size, weight and delivery location and are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Please inspect your piece on delivery and tell us about any visible damage or discrepancy at the time of delivery, and in writing as soon as possible afterwards, with photographs.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural events, transport disruption or government action.
8. Payment
Unless your quotation states otherwise, a 50% advance is required to confirm your order, and the remaining 50% is payable on delivery. Ownership of the piece passes to you once full payment has been received.
9. Cancellations, changes and returns
Because each piece is made to order, changes requested after confirmation may affect the price and timeline, and may not be possible once production has started. Cancellation, return and refund terms are those set out in your quotation or order confirmation. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Samples
If you are unsure about a stone finish or colour, we can provide small samples for a nominal fee, which is redeemable against your purchase.
11. Care and natural materials
Natural materials such as wood, stone, leather and textiles vary in grain, veining, tone and texture. These variations are part of each piece’s character and are not defects. Please follow any care guidance we provide.
12. Intellectual property
All designs, photographs, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Arth Concept or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission, and you may not reproduce our designs.
13. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
