1. Where we deliver
We deliver within India. Delivery availability and charges depend on your location and are confirmed in your quotation.
2. Production and delivery timelines
- Each piece is made to order. Production typically takes approximately 3–4 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.
- Standard delivery timelines for furniture and home décor are approximately 3–6 weeks.
- Timelines may vary depending on product availability, customisation requirements and your delivery location. The timeline for your order will be shared with you at the time of order confirmation.
All timelines are estimates. We will keep you informed and let you know as early as possible if anything changes.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated based on the size and weight of your piece and your delivery location. They are communicated to you at the time of order confirmation, before you make any payment.
4. Curb-side delivery
All orders are delivered on a curb-side basis only. This means your piece is delivered to the entrance of your building or the curb at your delivery address. Moving pieces inside, carrying them up stairs, assembly and placement are not included unless agreed in writing in your quotation.
5. Before your delivery
- Please make sure the delivery address and contact number you give us are complete and correct.
- Please check that your piece will fit through doorways, corridors, stairways and lifts at the delivery location. If you are unsure, share the measurements with us before production begins.
- Please let us know about any building access restrictions, such as delivery hours, permits or lift bookings.
6. Packing and quality checks
Before dispatch, every piece undergoes a thorough quality check and is carefully packed to protect it in transit.
7. On the day of delivery
- Someone over 18 should be present to receive the delivery.
- The remaining balance of your order is payable on delivery, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
- Please inspect your piece on delivery. If there is any visible damage or discrepancy, note it at the time of delivery and tell us in writing as soon as possible afterwards, with photographs, at info@arthconcept.in.
If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive it or the address is inaccessible, we will contact you to rearrange it. Additional charges may apply for redelivery or storage.
8. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural events, transport disruption or government action. If a delay occurs, we will contact you with an updated timeline.
